Biography:

Being born at Marisa Bertetta in Santa Cruz, California, she was first "discovered" at an age of sixteen while she was walking down a San Francisco caf� by two modeling agents of Italy. After talking to her mother Krista Bertetta, she went to Italy along with her mom almost few months later. Marisa says that the most valuable thing that her mom has ever told her was "You can always go back to school but you may not always be able to model." She soon gained attention when she appeared in a 1997 issue of Perfect 10 magazine.

So far as Marisa's education is concerned , she along with two of her sisters went to Monte Vista Christian School in Watsonville, California.

So far as the careergraph of Marisa is concerned she has started as an amateur magazine model . Later she went to a high profile mainstream work after she was being spotted by fashion photographer called Mario Testino in Manhattan Beach, California in the year 2001.Soon after, Marisa worked with Victoria's Secret and has appeared in every issue of the famous Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue since 2002. In particular, she was featured in the 2004,2005, 2007, and 2008 editions' sections of body painting
where she has been seen featuring the work of Joanne Gair.

Year 2007 is a watershed in the career of Marisa. On that year she has shot her first television commercial for Victoria's Secret with fellow supermodel caled Heidi Klum. Marisa also appeared on the HBO show Entourage. Marisa Miller was also shown as a model on the pilot episode and the finale of the new VH1 reality show titled The Shot.

On November 26, 2007, Marisa made a special guest appearance on the famous television program called "How I Met Your Mother (episode: "The Yips")" along with her fellow Victoria's Secret supermodels including Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Selita Ebanks, Miranda Kerr, and Heidi Klum. On 4th December , 2007, Marisa made her debut at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

The personal life of Marisa Miller is also interesting. She has tied her knots with Jim Miller, a Los Angeles surfing contest promoter and lifeguard from California in the year 2000 . However they got separated in the year 2002. Marisa again married Hollywood producer Griffin Guess on 15 April , 2006.
